Our vision

To be the catalyst for positive impact by complementing human innovation with technology to solve the most complex challenges facing society.

Our purpose

Unlocking human potential through the power of transformative technology.

Why Version 1?

There are four embedded strengths underpinning all our services

Leading in AI

AI is embedded across everything we do, from strategy and delivery through to continuous innovation. We have built proprietary IP such as Decipher (AI-driven code analysis), our AI Labs for applied research, and proven methodologies like Co-Creation and Next Generation Development that compress timelines and de-risk transformation.

ISO 42001 certified and partnering strategically with Anthropic, we make AI governance and responsible innovation foundational, never optional.

Heritage of impact and innovation

We are proud to have three decades of trusted delivery. Across 500+ enterprise customers in financial services, public sector, energy, pharmaceuticals, transport and manufacturing, we have built deep industry expertise and a track record of solving the world’s most complex challenges.

Our 98% customer retention rate reflects the relationships we build and the outcomes we consistently deliver. Recognised by ISG as a leader in generative AI services for two consecutive years and by Gartner and Forrester for delivery quality, we have the experience to meet the moment.

A human-first approach

Technology is not the answer, people are. We start with your challenge, not with a template. Our trusted adviser model means we lead with emotional intelligence, business acumen and deep sector knowledge. We understand what transformation means for your organisation, your people and your market.

We co-create solutions that your teams can own, adopt and sustain.

Superior service at every level

From proof of concept to production at scale, from initial conversation to ongoing partnership. Our managed services keep your systems running while your teams build confidence.

Our global delivery model across Dublin, London, New York, India and Australia brings local presence and global scale. We invest in our people relentlessly as they are our difference. And because we measure success by your outcomes, not our inputs, every engagement is outcome-led and metrics-driven.

The Samuel Beckett Bridge and the building on the waterfront near the Convention Center - Dublin city center in the Republic of Ireland. This is a cable-stayed bridge that joins Sir John Rogerson's Quay on the south side of the River Liffey to Guild Street and North Wall Quay in the Docklands area. The innovative architect Santiago Calatrava designed this and a number of other bridges and buildings in Ireland.

About us
